The most important things Cole was able to extract from the data were:

I don't think I was entirely clear on the first part. The virus is not naturally contagious in the air. However, they've been developing an airborne version of it with the intention of, well, weaponizing it via grenades.

Question: would rebreathers filter out the toxin?

The logs appear to suggest full suits to prevent contamination. Surely they'd have some on hand, though.
