Returning Pupil (Day 2 EM Closed)

"Why can't you wear blue? Who says it is too flashy?" Thy says a bit annoyed at the idea.

[Yslane Tssilla]

"Blue violet its more a purple then blue." She shrugs, "Most of the Jedi at the temple preferred somber brown, plain khaki, somber brown, pristine white, somber brown and somber brown. Bright blueish purple would stick out like....a rancor in downtown Courscant."

"Or a Jedi Master posing as a dancing girl."

"So wear it anyway? I think it would be beautiful and really cool," she says.

[Yslane Tssilla]

"Well I suppose this isn't Courscant," She opens her outer robe and looks down at the dull business-esque attire she was favoring these days, "...not that government employees seem to dress much more daring then Jedi."

"Master Yulani....Thy, I don't mind to offend but you seem more....open then Master Shan and the other Jedi Masters I have meet. More....free spirited."

[Thy Yulani]

"Because I am not a Master I guess?" she says. "I just do what comes natural and I love being a Jedi, it's a great calling. I like helping people and going on adventures and meeting strange people and then running away from the strange people... sometimes the strange people shoot at you. It's a whole thing."

[Yslane Tssilla]

"I believe Master Shan would look rather sternly at you and say," Yslane frowned and tried to imitate Satalee's voice, "Thy, you have a padawan now. A responsibility to both train her and keep her out of trouble....which is difficult if you are the one getting into trouble."

She smiles, "For my part, I have been stuck on Courscant for most of my life. It would be interesting to see more of the galaxy."

[Thy Yulani]

"I advise everyone to see the galaxy it breaks the bubble we put ourselves in," she says in return.

[Yslane Tssilla]

"I suppose Master Yulani is an expert on that sort of thing, travelling and breaking bubbles," Yslane adds, "This...is going to be an interesting period for both of us, Thy."

[Thy Yulani]

"I know! I'm so excited, we can do matching outfits, " Thy says with excitement.

[Yslane Tssilla]

"...Matching outfits?" Yslane raised a brow, suddenly imagining Thy forcing her to practice ridiculous choreography in gaudy outfits. Punishing evil doers while saying cliche lines. "Perhaps in clothing I might remain on my own path, if that is alright."

[Thy Yulani]

"But we could look beautiful, the dynamic duo of Jedi justice," she says quite proud of the idea.

"Think about it."

[Yslane Tssilla]

"Trust...I have." She shakes her head, "Besides which flashy is not my style. Shien favors more throw sand in their eyes then kick them in the sensitive parts prior to lopping off bits. Not exactly the style of a warrior of supreme Justice."

[Thy Yulani]

"So you can be the bad cop and I will be the good cop, see we already got our dynamic," Thy says with enthusiasm.

"But fine, I'll save the costumes for my next apprentice."

[Yslane Tssilla]

"Barely met your first padawan...and already thinking of the next?" Yslane feigned hurt at that, "...but on a more serious note. This Magpie....do you think it worth trying to work with her?"

[Thy Yulani]

“I tell you what if you decide to do Operation Magpie is Such a Bad Idea, yes that is the operation name, deal with it… but if you decide to do that you have to bring me along. Because it sounds either insane and everything will go belly up or we could be heroes. So trust your instincts, padawan,” Thy offers.

[Yslane Tssilla]

"I...am still unsure Master Yulani," Yslane replies with proper respect....emphasizing her words., "But I promise I will not leave you uninformed. I just can't shake the feeling that its some kind of power play by one Sith over another, and that our envisioned role is to take the blame."

[Thy Yulani]

"You might be right," Thy agrees.

[Yslane Tssilla]

"Should I even ask what you would have done at my age?" She responds dryly, but her usual mask of control slips a little. Real worry mars her face.

[Thy Yulani]

“I would have went for it, because maybe I can do some good in all the bad,” she says honestly.

[Yslane Tssilla]

"As expected." Yslane smiled, "I'll have to think on all this. Thank you Thy."

[Thy Yulani]

"You can call me any time, padawan," she replies kindly.

[Yslane Tssilla]

"I'll let you know if I decided to move on this Master Yulani," Yslane nodded, "In the mean time I will try to learn what I can."

[Dapper Dog]

Thy smiles as she isn't sure if she should say anything else.
