[Day 2 - MA] Pass the Spasparugus, Please (Closed)

[Dapper Dog]

The Aurum Rancor is ready to receive the distinguished gusts from the Republic and the Empire, they are given a private dining room beneath a globe of suspended water with aquatic creatures about twenty meters across suspended about seven meters above the floor.

The staff is well dressed and ready to receive the distinguished gusts for what is sure to be a rather boring lunch… really.

[Darth Xevious]

Darth Xevious arrives and is directed to the private room for the meal. His dark robes hung loosely about his girth as he makes his way into the chamber. He admires the floating aquarium with interest.

This would be a great idea for his villa back home.

[Sylvain Torsin]

Sylvain arrives with Xevious and follows the delegation head into the private room and finds a chair near the Darth. He removes his mask once he sits down as it is sure to be a hindrance at a meal.

[Yslane Tssilla]

Representing the Republic's Foreign Office...and the MIGHTY arm of bureaucracy, Yslane arrives alongside her fellow delegate. For this luncheon she wore a fine evening dress, though one leaning toward the conservative end of the spectrum but in the end...it still was an evening dress, just without plunging necklines or slits up to her waist. Stepping into the private dining room Yslane took a moment to study the table and surrounding decorations.

[Sylvain Torsin]

Syvalin nodded a greeting to the woman as she approached, wondering if she could identify the man without his mask.

[Yslane Tssilla]

Yslane gave the two Sith an appropriate curtsy, "Good evening, I am unsure if we meet yesterday." The first comment was directed to Xevious, her eyes then shift to the other Sith, "Mr...Torsin," She had no way of knowing Sylvain's face, having never seen it, but Yslane knew he would be here....the man she was addressing was the right height and build....and the young woman was feeling daring.

[Herresh Seir’oto]

The Senator moved up to the bureaucrat. "You look excellent today, Ms. Tssila," he said. He carried with him an air of authority and yet also a respect for his subordinates. He did not take a seat immediately but instead looked at the aquarium. "This reminds me of the home I love and cherish. I wonder if I will find denizens of my planet's waters in here," he remarked to all present.

He then gave a curt bow to both Sith. "Greetings. I am pleased to have a more secluded opportunity to meet with you."

[Sylvain Torsin]

Sylvain smiled charmingly and nodded, "Lady Tssilla, an excellent guess. It is wonderful to see you again. You look lovely this afternoon."

[Col. Hala Moraal]

Colonel Moraal clicked on the metal decking into the restaurant. She was dressed in her sharp class As with code cylinders in catch pockets on either side and a chest full of ribbons, certifications, and a pair of medals. Proceeding towards the table, her eyes attentively scanned the four members already present. Turning to face the Sith Lord, Hala pulled her feet under her and bowed deferentially. She then lowered her head respectfully to Master Torsin, and gave a polite nod to the two Republican representatives.

"My lord, Master Torsin, Senator, Madame," she said to greet them individually in their turn.

Sylvain nodded to Hala as she arrived.

Colonel Moraal clicked on the metal decking into the restaurant. She was dressed in her sharp class As with code cylinders in catch pockets on either side and a chest full of ribbons, certifications, and a pair of medals. For a brief moment, the Senator's jovial expression turned to a frown. Afterward, he had given Hala the same curt bow he had offered to the others. "Greetings to you as well."

[Darth Xevious]

“Senator it is a pleasure to make your acquaintance once more, I apologize if we were not able to speak at length last night. I hope today we can have a more meaningful conversation. The Empire is as ever committed to this endeavor,” he says rising to greet the alien.

[Yslane Tssilla]

Yslane gave a small curtsy, "Yslane Tssilla, of the Foreign Office. A pleasure to meet you....Colonel? I do not believe we have met." Her eyes scan the ribbons, she wasn't a soldier so only the rank insignia held any meaning for her.

Her eyes shift back to Sylvain, "Thank you, Mr Torsin." She smiles and blushes a fraction, "You look better without the mask."

[Sylvain Torsin]

He smiled again, "Less broody I would hope."

[Herresh Seir’oto]

Herresh nodded. "The Republic is committed as well, Dark Lord." He looked over to Yslane, then to Sylvain, and then back to Xevious. "It appears our advisers have already been well-acquainted. It is a good sign, I say!"

[Col. Hala Moraal]

"Colonel, yes. Moraal, of the Imperial Navy. I am the military liaison to our diplomatic mission. It's a pleasure to meet you as well Ms. Tissilla," Hala said with a pleasant smile.

[Yslane Tssilla]

"Let's just say you wouldn't get the spot in the holovid," Yslane replies to Sylvain's question, she looks to the Officer, "My apologies for not speaking with you the other day. It seems for the most part our two nations were nervous about committing to meeting more then one or two of the other side."

[Col. Hala Moraal]

"It is nothing. I had a lovely conversation with Captain Organa. I hope to find you equally pleasant, and I'm sure I won't be disappointed no?" she said with a dismissive shrug.

[Yslane Tssilla]

"Well...I like to think I am such yes," Yslane's nervousness threatened to return, though she tamped it back down, "I have not had the pleasure of speaking to the Captain myself. May I assume your conversation with him was over shared experience?"

[Darth Xevious]

Herresh nodded. "The Republic is committed as well, Dark Lord." He looked over to Yslane, then to Sylvain, and then back to Xevious. "It appears our advisers have already been well-acquainted. It is a good sign, I say!"

The dark lord listens to the varying conversations and replies to the senator, “It is a sign, good or bad remains to be seen. Common ground needs to be found if we are to move this in a direction palatable to the Empire.”

[Sylvain Torsin]

Sylvain's ears naturally gravitated to Xevious when he spoke and nodded slightly at his delegation lead's comment.

[Adrianaa Morindel]

Adrianaa makes her way to the meeting table, already familiar with the layout of the restaurant from her meeting the previous day with the head of the Black Sun.

When she arrives at the table she smiles and nods to all present.

"Good afternoon. Senator Seir'oto. Darth Xevious."

She looks to the others.

"I am Senator Adrianaa Morindel from Coruscant. It is a pleasure to meet you all."

She offers her hand to each in greeting and then takes a seat.

[Sylvain Torsin]

Sylvain nodded a greeting to the woman that arrived; the woman that had kneeled to Xevious the night before.

He then commented to Xevious and Herresh, "I am pleased Lady Tssilla was invited to this meeting. I personally found her to be a level-headed and intriguing individual capable of self-reflexive thought. A trait that we all will need no doubt if we are to come to an agreement..." He smiled slightly, "...despite whatever conditions that surround us that would conspire against us."

[Yslane Tssilla]

"Senator," Yslane returned the smile and handshake, "Yslane Tssilla, Foreign Office."

"Thank you, Mr. Torsin." She replies, a little red from the compliments, "I hope to contribute what I may to making these talks fruitful for both our nations." Her eyes settled on the two senior officials...Sith and Republic.

[Col. Hala Moraal]

Hala took the new senator's hand in her turn, though Hala's arm did move a little stiffly.

"Colonel Moraal, Imperial Navy and military liaison. A pleasure to meet you Senator," she said politely.
