It's My Party (D2, ME, Shaisha's)

[Sylvain Torsin]

Sylvain quickly turned his mind to thinking back upon the events of their gradation and nodded vaguely at her question. After hearing her description of the events he asked, "Someone? Do you know who did this? Was it like when Kris had to restrain me?"

[Shaisha Vreysk]

"Not... quite the same, no. It wasn't a possession like you had." She shook her head a little.

"Children of the Emperor. That is what I was told. You won't find anything on it in regular databases," she had no idea what sort of info Syl might have access to these days, hence the remark 'regular'. "People touched by the Emperor's power, whom he uses as he pleases to do his bidding."

"On Yavin IV, I broke free of those chains. But...," she sighed. "I haven't felt him in my mind since, but it hasn't been all joy and roses afterwards. Visions, nightmares... I sometimes feel like the ordeal opened me up more to the Force."

[Sylvain Torsin]

"Children of the Emperor..." Sylvain repeated as he listened to his sister speak.

"I assume your disappearance is related to these events then?" He asked.

[Shaisha Vreysk]

"Yes," she nodded, drawing a deep breath. She hadn't even told her father about this, or anyone else about the truth of it all, but now she was finally sharing it.

"I kept having... visions of something horrible, something I needed to get to the bottom of - the destruction of a world. Not blown to bits, but more like all life, even the Force, was sucked out of it. I did find this place, but the vision of its destruction is as much a glimpse of the past as it is of the future."

[Sylvain Torsin]

"A world... destroyed? By whom? How?" He asked.

[Shaisha Vreysk]

"Who do you think?" she asked Sylvain with a raised eyebrow.

What she had shared already probably bordered on heresy or borderline treason to some Sith... she doubted her brother and trusted friend would condemn her for it, but even she didn't want to directly spell it out that only the immortal Sith Emperor, who she had defeated at least in a battle of wills, was the one who had destroyed an entire world - and could do so again.

[Sylvain Torsin]

Sylvain pondered that question for several moments despite the obvious nature of the answer. He thought on the implications more so than the simple facts presented to him. "What do you mean by it being a 'glimpse of the future'? Does the Emperor have plans to do this again?"

[Shaisha Vreysk]

"I'm not certain, but... I see more destruction... as if all the lights in the galaxy is snuffed out."

Shaisha shuddered as the memories of Nathema, and her nightly hauntings, came back to her mind.

Sylvain looked concerned as he thought through the implications of what his sister was saying. The Emperor was immortal and all-powerful... but he was Sith. The most powerful of all Sith in fact. It made logical sense that he would personify all that there is about the Dark Side; including the terrible tendency towards self-destruction and betrayal.

The Emperor stood at the head of the Empire, but his loyalty was to the Empire. "If that is truly the case... then the Empire is at risk. This is potentially dangerous information Shaisha. Who knows of these things?"

[Shaisha Vreysk]

Shaisha exhaled slowly with relief.

"I have only told you two now. Zeno was with me when we travelled to this dead world, but I have not trusted him with the truth of what I have learned. Haven't even shared this with my father... well, only that I have seen visions of a world being annihilated, but nothing more than that." She seemed concerned even about that amount of information she had given the Emperor's Wrath.

[Sylvain Torsin]

He nodded, "Well... that's quite the tall order Shaisha."

He turned to Kristal to see her reaction to the revelations of their friend.

[Kristal Serasai]

Sitting, listening, Kristal took on an air of supreme cool. Calm and collected in her thoughts and actions when it matter, now it mattered.

"We will need to be very careful," she said, her own experience with the vision's given through the Force all too naturally allowing her to trust what Shaisha had seen. "there are those who are likely to support the Emperor even if that truth were to be revealed but certainly if we could find proof, real proof that this is what the Emperor is planning in his silence then we may yet have a chance."

[Shaisha Vreysk]

"... I don't know... that sounds too risky," Shaisha bit on her lower lip as she considered it.

"Nevertheless, there are more pressing issues at the moment on this moon. I wanted to tell you both when we got together, but I hope you can understand that I didn't want this to overshadow our current problem."

[Sylvain Torsin]

He smiled, "We will take every thing that threatens the Empire, one step at a time... I hate to sound terribly cliche... but we are the future of the Empire. We are the better versions of each of our masters. We will confront each challenge and we shall overcome them together."

He put his hands on each of their shoulders, "The Empire we love is not perfect; that's not why we love it.... We love it because we can continue to strive to make it better and ourselves in the process."

[Shaisha Vreysk]

Shaisha snorted a brief chuckle and gave her brother a playful punch in the shoulder. "Damn, that was horribly cliché of you." She looked back at Kristal. At least their masters weren't trying to ruin the Empire, or so she thought... both Marr and Vowrawn seemed to actually have an interest in keeping the Empire functioning.

"Right, let's at least have some fun tonight and celebrate that we're together again now. We can worry about what we're going to do after a little distraction, right?"

[Kristal Serasai]

"Only because it is your birthday today," Kristal relented on her seriousness.

[Sylvain Torsin]

He smiled, "We'll have to think of yet another reason tomorrow then huh Shai?"

[Shaisha Vreysk]

"It is indeed my birthday," she said with a semi-serious nod. "And I decree we shall wreak havoc with this Terrible Trio on the streets of Nar Shaddaa!"

"As for tomorrow... I'm sure I can make time for you two somehow, if you both can?"

[Kristal Serasai]

"We are facing that which affects far more than just us, I can make time tomorrow Shaisha," she said on that note.
