Dance Like it's the Last Night (D4, LE)

Shaisha was happily swaying to the music for a while, allowing herself to work up a sweat from the movements and intensity of just loosing herself to the moment... however, she could not sense those around her... at least not fully, because something blocked the senses.

As they both seemed to have had worked themselves up well enough, it was time to retreat for more refreshements.

"Heh, that was a lot more fun than the dancing we used to do before at those boring parties. Remember one of the Kilran boys trying to dance with Kris?"

[Sylvain Torsin]

He chuckled, "Which time. The time with the ice or the time where she tripped one of them out the window?"

[Shaisha Vreysk]

"I was thinking of the window. Poor window... it was rather pretty," she laughed into her hand. "As was his face before meeting the window. Thought I was gonna choke on my food then."

[Sylvain Torsin]

He chuckled, "I loved the pretended look of innocence on Kris' face that seemed to suggest she was just a bad dancer."

[Shaisha Vreysk]

"Well, she never had to feign innocence on being a bad dancer," Shaisha chuckle. "Deadly on the battlefield, two left feet on the dancefloor."

[Sylvain Torsin]

He chuckled, "A menace in both arenas."

[Shaisha Vreysk]

"Makes me glad I'm probably not going to dance with her like that anytime soon. Would rather face her on the battlefield than be her dance-partner," she grinned.

"You still wanna do the wedding waltz with her though, you crazy man."

[Sylvain Torsin]

"Risk assessment says it's worth the sacrifice." He smiled.

[Shaisha Vreysk]

"Aren't you scared you might end up like one of the Kilran boys during the waltz?"

[Sylvain Torsin]

"I'm sure there'll be plenty of 'broken window' moments in our home to, knowing her and knowing me."

[Shaisha Vreysk]

"Right..." she chuckled at that thought.

Leaning in closer, her voice dropped to a playful husky tone. "You still having fantasies about both of us then?"

[Sylvain Torsin]

He chuckled and bumped his shoulder into Shai's playfully, "I'm sorry my dear. Kris has knocked everyone out of my fantasies as of late. Even you in that dress isn't enough to change that."

He smiled and glanced out over the crowd.

[Shaisha Vreysk]

"Aw, you're no fun," she pouted before breaking out into a laugh.

"... Looking for anyone?"

[Sylvain Torsin]

He shook his head, "No one in particular. Just taking in the atmosphere."

He turned his head to face her with a sly grin, "I guess I should have looked you in the eyes when I shot you down, would have been the courteous thing to do, huh? I didn't know our night together left that big of an impression on you."

[Shaisha Vreysk]

"Don't flatter yourself too much," she chuckled and bumped against his shoulder. "You know I just like teasing you... not that I don't mind sharing physical intimacies with those I like, but I take no offense that you're more of the... committing kind, as long as it's what you want and makes you stronger and happy."

[Sylvain Torsin]

He nodded, "It does. I enjoyed my fair share of women for the past few years... and the sum of them were less than the time spent with Kris."

He looked down, "No offense."

[Shaisha Vreysk]

"None taken, brother," she smiled and patted him on the head.

"I didn't know you had been such a philanderer though these past years... I mean, I figured I wasn't your first, but..." she grinned.

[Sylvain Torsin]

He smiled, "I'm probably more talk than anything."

[Shaisha Vreysk]

"Not the Dorne girl, I trust? She was always so... boring, prim and proper," she mused, trying to guess who it might've been.

[Sylvain Torsin]

"I'm afraid I'm a bit of a gentleman still somewhere inside of me." He said with a chuckle.

[Shaisha Vreysk]

"Oooo going to be secretive?" she giggled. "Fair enough. Be that way. Won't stop me from prying once I get you more drunk."

"Have you had the chance to poke more at Anhel or Haydriss since the first day here?"

[Sylvain Torsin]

Sylvain shook his head, "Nah... been too swamped. You talk to them?"

[Shaisha Vreysk]

"I toyed around with Anhel some yesterday. Can you believe he brought me a bouqet of flowers to congratulate me on defeating Lord Nemerosch?" she laughed quietly.

[Sylvain Torsin]

He laughed and shook his head, "There's something cute about that weakling of a human being."

He chuckled, "So did you give him a good time, or just tease him a bit? He seemed more into me last time than you."

[Shaisha Vreysk]

"Just teased him a little, gave him a taste of what he could have if he grew a spine," she chuckled as well. "Hopefully some incentive for him to be more than the snivelling fool he is now."
