I assume this means if price starts at 100 it drops to 80 (decrease to 80%)
Not if it starts at 100 it drops to 20 (decrease by 80%)


I think that means if the price starts at 100 it drops to 99.2, if it starts at 3000 it drops to 2999.2, and if it starts at 0.5 it drops to -0.3.
