It's exactly like the vision... Aphr thought to herself as she gazed upon the night sky for a few moments. Rather impressed with how the vision was.

She eventually looked away, and moved towards Zhorrids room, carrying her bag with parts in, and the cystal safely stored on her person. Approaching the door, she knocked like before.

[Dapper Dog]

Zhorrid's door opens and the soldiers seem used to the presence of the stray twi'lek giving her little trouble. Inside Zhorrid sits on the edge of the balcony lost in thought.

She looks up and says, "Little sister, you have returned."

Zhorrid aproaches, "I sense an eagerness in you. You are ready."

OOC: Zhorrid will grant a boost die to the construction with her tutelage and guidance.

Aphr noticed a few differences from her vision to the scene in front of her immediately, but didn't comment on them as she approached, stopping as Zhorrid drew near, and nodding at her words.

"I've got the parts, and focused my mind on the process ahead of me. With your tutelage, I believe I am prepared. How long does the process take?"

(Ooc - do we roll at the start of the timeslots allocated for making or after them?)

"It will depend on your focus and will, if you focus your anger... your power it could go quickly... if not we shall see. It may not happen at all. You have many steps ahead of you. This was not my first attempt, but it was the one that mattered," she says drawing her own lightsaber.

"It will be the first of many obstacles to attaining your true power."

OOC: Sure it will take time but we can roll now and figure out when you finish. Grant an additional boost die for the vision as you have seen the finished work through your vision.

Aphr nodded, and began to work following Zhorrids instructions. However, it was clear that her inexperience was going to cause a failure, and Aphr frowned when she noticed her own mistake.

Many hours pass as Zhorrid smiles at the failure, nothing is lost but the hilt does not work. She says, “Do you feel disappointed, little sister?”

“Are you angry?”

Aphr frowned more as she studied it. Was that last part a mistake? Did she mess up at the start?

Then the questions.

"I don"t...I am annoyed at the failure. I can't see where I made the error and that is frustrating."

She was more angry than she expected to be.

“Feel that frustration and nurture it. The anger that rises from confronting your weakness is what makes you stronger. Hone it into a blade and unleash it when the time comes,” Zhorrid says picking up the hilt that Aphr created.

[Aphr Ahaya]

Aphr bit back from making a comment on that. She nodded, with an annoyed look still, saying "of course. It seems my skills in this were lacking. Perhaps I was too excited for this, or not in the correct mindset to bring the blade to life" her eyes followed the failed saber "i'll make sure it doesn't happen again."

[Dapper Dog]

“Failure is a product of weakness, either in the self or in the moment. To be Sith is to eradicate such weakness; in yourself or in others. Only the Emperor is beyond the grasp of failure,” she says sternly to Aphr.

She puts the hilt down and adds, “Do you wish to be weak?”

[Aphr Ahaya]

"I don't want to be weak" Aphr said without hesitation "I will make sure I don't make this mistake again. The parts are reusable at least, so I can try again?" She was less sure about this.

[Dapper Dog]

Zhorrid nods and says, "You may try again when you are ready."

[Aphr Ahaya]

Aphr nodded, accepting the hilt back to disassemble and learn from to try again in the future.

Zhorrid outlines the points that the young twi'lek should focus on in the future, it's not... filled with threats but she is unpredictable.
