"Well, there are a few possibilities for that moving forward. Working towards building a Sith house that the Deathwrights would be beholden to or altering the traditional Deathwright leadership structure and making it inherited and attempting to elevate it as a Sith bloodline. My father probably has his own ideas on that, and I'd definitely support either, but my sudden rise and gaining favor within the house I believe has put him on edge."

As it should be for Sith, she thinks, giving a small nod. Fear and respect often blurred the lines with eachother.

"... Which master does your father answer to?" she asks as it suddenly occurred to her that she had no idea what chain of command Deathwright Senior answered to in the Sith pecking order.

"He answers to a Darth that falls under Darth Marr. But she is secretive and he doesn't speak of her often," he replies. "They don't get on well, but he doesn't get on well with too many people."

"Fair enough. The military-leaning of Marr seems well-suited for your family too, so I guess that makes sense."

She had a feeling Zeno's father wasn't terribly impressed with Zash taking his son as her apprentice.

"Sounds like a difficult man... but you know I can relate to that. Can't even remember the last time I saw my father smile."

[Zeno Deathwright]

"Actually. I don't think my father is or has ever been capable of smiling. I mean, physically he has to be. But I'm not sure he's ever actually been pleased with a situation. Just had preferable outcomes that he thought were acceptable," he replies with a smirk. "Nothing like me in that regard."

[Shaisha Vreysk]

"Oh, I'm sure he's done so, when no one's looking," she giggles and gives him another kiss. "Like, I was pretty baffled when I found a picture of my sire holding me as a baby, because he was smiling like an idiot in it."

"Never even saw my father smile with my baby sister. The measure of how much he loved her could be quantified by the number of bodies he left in the wake of her death. He may just be physically incapable of any emotional state that isn't surly." His touch on her face was gentle, slowly and softly drawing lines along the ridges.

"He and father could exchange notes on proper scowling." Not that she knew it, but the Emperor's Wrath had become incapable of emotions overall.

"I'm at least pretty determined to not give up smiling or laughing as I get older."

"I'm a fan of the full range myself." His thumb gently runs along her lips. "We can probably help each other out with giving reasons to smile though. Or make other pleasant expressions."

"Smile, laugh, growl angrily, maybe even cry," she lets out a brief chuckle. "Not often that I cry though..."

[Zeno Deathwright]

"I tend not to cry often either. Thinks that make most people sad tend to take me in a more violent direction," he says with a guilty look. "But it's not like you haven't seen that."

"I know..." her arms around him is comforting. "... Honestly, I don't know if I would've acted any better in that situation. But you know I keep my anger buried inside, waiting for the moment to be unleashed."

[Zeno Deathwright]

"It was, at the very least, an exploration. I've not lost control like that since then. It would be nice to learn to control that though. For as unstable as I was in that moment, looking back on it I could feel that anger driving me. If I could have grasped it and commanded myself... that would be freeing."

[Shaisha Vreysk]

For a moment, she debates it in her mind, if it would be wise... but she relents.

"... Try speaking with Lord Haydriss. She might be of assistance there."

[Zeno Deathwright]

"Oh?" he seems curious. But if it was connected to something that Haydriss was researching he wasn't going to pry and potentially upset the Sith Lord with Shaisha.

"What do you have going on tomorrow? Going to HuttCon?"

[Shaisha Vreysk]

"Best you ask her yourself," she smiles a little, and gladly takes the chance with the change of subject.

"I'll check it out. See what it's all about. Wear a silly costume someone insisted I wear," Shaisha chuckles, "and buy some stuff."

[Zeno Deathwright]

"A costume eh? I'll likely be too busy to attend so you better send me some pictures," he says with a wink.

[Shaisha Vreysk]

"I will," she chuckles and returns the wink. "Though I doubt you will find it that appealing."

[Zeno Deathwright]

"I think if you wore the most unflattering costume you could imagine I'd still be up for taking it off you." He smiles at her. "Or even better, watching you take it off for me."

[Shaisha Vreysk]

"And you're saying that when you have me here wearing this skimpy thing," she laughs and pinches his side playfully.

"... I should probably get back to work though. That lightsaber won't become the weapon I want it to be on its own."

[Zeno Deathwright]

"Of course," he says, leaning in and kissing her. "I'll let you get back to it."

[Shaisha Vreysk]

Shaisha gives him a few more kisses, letting them fuel her passion a little before she would let him go so she would have the focus of the Dark Side with her for the remainder of her work.

"Get some rest, Zeno."

[Zeno Deathwright]

"I'm sure you'll make exactly what you need," he says, finally separating.

"Good night Shaisha."

"I hope so. Crafting isn't my strongest suite."

She smiles and blows him a kiss. "Good night, Zeno."

He gives her a last wink before leaving her to her work.
