So he took the only option open to him. Not that a Chiss couldn't understand the importance of sports and competition. Life in the Ascendency nothing but that.

Just...not so used to dealing with it in a physical sense.

That smile is like a kick in the stomach, and it makes Cole angrier, lines hardening around his eyes, but the whistle for the game to start cuts off any reply.

They had managed to get by him and scored. They were more physically adept at this than he was, for sure, but that did not mean they were better. He went thru the arena, being quiet and biding his time for the moment.

It wasn't, but for the last moment, that he appeared right at the goal and shot it in.

The Chiss raised his hands up in glory, basking in his skills being on full display, when one of the other team ran up behind him and gave him a powerful late hit.

Took him a moment to shake it off, but he was not done yet. Not by a longshot.

Ignoring the pain in his leg, probably an unwise move, Cole manages to get the ball back to their goal, claiming another point for the Paragons, and another twist of agony shooting through his hip and knee. Barely keeping from dropping to the ground, he passes the ball on.

Shaisha moved to one of the higher points on the arena, and looked around... the other team seemed more concerned by Jo'ren then her, and she saw that there was no one between her and the goal-line.

"Pass here!"

As the ball got into her hands, the smaller Sith made a quick dash to the goal-line and secured another goal! And she quickly managed to get away from a few out for revenge after her scoring.

It was time to get back in the game once again. He felt better after taking a breather and once again attempted to sneak up on the goal. Seeing as they did not learn their lesson yet, Nudimsu yet again managed to sneak up on the goal.

Another goal. But then the same guy attempted that late hit, but then the red skinned girl moved over and punched him right in the face, protecting the blue skinned man from another beating.

Cole limped off the court, the nerve endings along most of the right side of his body singing hymns of hate. He found the nearest wall to lean against, massaging his thigh above the knee. Ashla is going to love this.

Well, this had been more fun than the last time she played Huttball in that she didn't end up with fractured ribs, and the female pureblood gave out high fives as well.

"Hmmm... my night is free, once I get some stuff sorted out." Like waking up Syl and then kicking him out. "Feel like dropping by my place for some victory drinks?"

Oh yes, there would be more than just drinking.

"This experience..." He composes himself, favoring the side of the late hit. "Was not a terrible one, I admit." He nods solemnly at the thought of today, thinking what Craw would think. "Thank you for inviting me." He looks down at the credit chips he had received. "If you ever need me again, I'm on the Tortoise out back. So long as the pay's right, I'm up for whatever you may need."

"Sounds good Shai." Jo'ren grinned and then nodded at the Chiss. "Thanks for joining us, those were some great plays you made today. Guess you're a natural huh?"
