+1 million

I love the way things are structured, styled, and ruled, but I'm losing motivation day by day because I feel like I'm well, useless. Everyone does something better. My own story lines get blown over/ignored or even overruled. I am lost in the big picture of things because if I do want to get involved, its already filled up or way past a point in a thread I can comfortably jump in.

But communication with Dapper and Neko is key for moving a personal story forward.
We had some hit and miss with this previous game, and it's a learning experience for us all, but both of them are rather accomodating with trying to create a story.
It's time for GhostWolfe to bum everyone out and really bring the mood down around here, so get your popcorn.
Yesterday, I dropped Cole in a Rancor pit, submitted my notice to the GMs, and was about to walk out of Nar Shaddaa for the last time. Dapper and Nekoinu took time out of their busy schedules to talk to me about it, time they could have been spending moving plots forwards and resolving combats.
I love Cole. He's got a filthy mouth, a cynical sense of humour, and a thirst to put a fedora-wearing neckbeard to shame. But, like Adrianaa, I've been having trouble finding a place for him. Cole's new... to the system, to the setting, to pbp. So while others were getting missions and plots dropped in their PFs, I was twiddling my thumbs wondering what the hell I was doing here and where I was going wrong.
Like all communities, big voices drown out the little ones without ever realising. For every Shaisha boldly walking into a thread in a sexy backless dress, there's a Cole clearing their throat at the door and muttering "it's nothing, carry on," if someone happens to notice them there.
Be big, be bold, be your awesome selves. But try not to forget about the little guys who'd love to tag along for the ride.
