"Oh fun, I was wondering when we could butcher them." Lord Ralnorrei drew a curved lightsaber and kept it unlit for the time bit.

"This is an outrage! You cannot strike down the avatars of the Dark Lords!" one of them shouted.

In the corner was the original crier, horrendously confused.

"Your illusions of grandeur end now. Your true lords have arrived, those imbued with the raw primordial power of the Dark Side. Either you recognise this moment and bow to your true masters or we will unleash the full malevolence of the Dark Side on you, degrading you and casting to the abyss of eternal torment."

The avatars looked to each other and then bowed down to Moyr. "We are only representatives of the Dark Lords."

"You must be the next ones in line!"

"But are there not three?"

"Then they will fight for the title!"

It was clear that they had bought into Moyr's plans entirely as loyal subjects...

[Moyr Ahaya]

"Silence! You will not question the Rule of Three!" Moyr stepped forth between them, swirling her lightsabre idly to make space to approach the artifact. "Step aside."

She stretched out her hand to almost-touch the artifact. Some amusement got in the way of focusing, but the Vergence in the room and on her face allowed her to connect.

The statue possessed an aura of Dark Side power reserved within. One of the cultists stepped up. "You must pour a liquid into the bowl and then drink from the statue. We have found that blood has the best effect."

[Moyr Ahaya]

Even though Moyr preferred good whiskey on the rocks, blood-drinking was no novelty to her, though mostly fermented rather than fresh. Moyr looked discreetly at Zeno and Ral. There was an involuntary volunteer in the corner.

[Zeno Deathwright]

Zeno moved over to the crier to begin his surgery, fully intending to open the man's chest so he could fill the vessel with his heart's blood.

"Wait, wait, you can get somebody else! My blood is too valuable!"

[Moyr Ahaya]

"Precisely. We won't drink subpar blood. Consider it an honour." Moyr said as a commentary to what Zeno was about to do.

[Zeno Deathwright]

"A sacrifice in service to your masters. It's an honor to have your spirit live on through them," he says as he looks down at the cultist, his lightsaber humming to life as he swings to strike his head free of his shoulders.

[Nekoinu]

Lord Ralnorrei smirked. "Excellent execution. Now then, shall we finally undergo this ritual?"

[Moyr Ahaya]

Moyr waited. She would help if Zeno asked for it, but she assumed this was his time to impress his strength on the minds of the cultists so she decided not to steal his show of filling the bowl with the blood of the man he had just murdered.

[Zeno Deathwright]

Cutting into the mans chest with the saber, he works his way to the heart with some effort and pulls it out. Making his way to the statue, he crushes the blood left in the heart into the bowl.

[Nekoinu]

The bowl was filled with the sacrifice's blood. It began to stir inside the bowl but did not otherwise change from the red. "Guess you're into theatrics," the Zabrak mused.

[Zeno Deathwright]

"It is what it is. What blood sacrifice isn't theatrics," he says, lifting the bowl with his blood covered hands and taking a drink before passing it to whoever among the reds wished to drink next.

[Moyr Ahaya]

Moyr knew her place for now and did not reach for the bowl before Ral.

[Nekoinu]

The effect of the blood overcame the male Sith Lord's body. It sent him reeling though Ralnorrei took it up all the same. "I'll take that as it working. See you later, Red Wraith." She took her drink from the bowl and began to convulse from the energy seeping through her as well...

[Moyr Ahaya]

And that made Moyr not do it now. She didn't want the seven loonies to get crazy ideas, so she took guard over the spaced out Sith Lords, studying reactions of the cultists.

The seven lunatics seemed to have taken up silent prayers, all highly anticipating the completion of the ritual by their three masters.

Zeno felt the power and pain visited upon him and simply let it happen. His body naturally wanted him to fight it, but his mind allowed it in as best as he could. He could sense something there and he wanted it to take hold and wanted to take hold of it. Ever fiber of his being told him that whatever was happening here was meant to be.

OOC: Flipping destiny, Zeno had always been meant to be touched by this artifact in a significant manner.

Moyr sheathed her sabre. "Chant and hold vigil!" She commanded the minions, then drained the bowl from what blood there was left in it.

Through strength, I gain power.

The three Sith found themselves dazed and naked in what was best described as a tornado. The lightning strikes in the sky were of an unnatural purple, common for the Dark Side. The sky was illuminated by an unnatural red haze which matched their skin tone. Around them was desecrated ground, littered with bones, with the only perceivable opening to a cave.

"Is it just me or is this an even more chaotic Korriban?" Ralnorrei looked down her body and shrugged. "Shall we press on?"

Zeno is looks to them. "It does seem like. A vision? Must be a vision." He looks to the cave. "Well, that's the path before us. Perhaps there is some sort of spirit or echo of Korriban bound into the relic."
