Day 9 LM: Pinky and the Brain

[Baesal Zyn]

Baesal was walking the gardens while deep in thought.

"One beck of a trip this was"

[Aphr Ahaya]

Aphr still felt a little sore from the previous day. She considered finding the healer from the Huttball team, but decided against it in favour of finding the woman who was fast becoming a good friend.

And she spotted Baes first too! She moved in the womans direction with a small smile.

"Baesel!" She waved as she got close.

[Baesal Zyn]

Baesal was taken out of her day dreaming by the coming twilek and waved back at her

"Hey there Aphr, how are you?"

[Aphr Ahaya]

Aphr came to a stop in front of the woman with a small smile. "A little sore still, and well...not much happier really. You looked a little lost to the world, are you ok?

[Baesal Zyn]

She smiles and nods

"A little worried but I am allright...Do you wish to see a healer?"

[Aphr Ahaya]

"Ah...are there any here? I mean, I don't want to be a bother" Aphr said "and what's worrying you?"

[Baesal Zyn]

"Sure, Jedi have great healers! I hope we can find Master Thun...she is adorable and full of stories"

She scratches her head

"As for my troubles...I'll be part of a strike team tonight. We'll be seeking to stop the production of a biological weapon that is tested on kidnapped force sensitive children"

[Aphr Ahaya]

Aphr managed not to focus on the Jedi master part with her track record, which was easy with that bombshell. Her eyes widened.

"What?! Bio weapons tested on force sensitive Children? who is doing such madness?"

[Baesal Zyn]

Baesal bit her lips

''I am not sure I can tell you...'' she looked left and right then whispered ''It's Czerka...but be quiet about it''

[Aphr Ahaya]

Aphr feigned a zipped expression over her mouth to say she wouldn't tell anyone. Her eyes were filled with worry.

[Baesal Zyn]

She recognised that look

''Yeah...I know.'' she smiled ''I'll do my best''

She tried to see if Master Thun was in the gardens

''Lets get you patched up?''

[Aphr Ahaya]

She made an unzipping sound, nodding "ok, thank you Baes" she gave the woman a quick hug before following after her

[Dapper Dog]

Resmi is planting a new sapling in the garden, her hands stained brown and black fro the dirt as she works the soil. She hums to herself as she carefully works through the steps of putting the plant into the carefully prepared hole.

[Baesal Zyn]

''Good morning Master Thun'' Beasal said as she approached

''I don't want to bother you again, but do you know how to heal througth the Force?''

[Dapper Dog]

Master Thun jumps at the greeting and says, “My goodness dearie, you scared me. I always get a little focused when I do my gardening… what was that about healing? Is someone hurt?”

[Baesal Zyn]

Baesal sunk her head ''Oh, hum...sorry about that''

She then moved to present Aphr to Resmi

''Yes...this is my friend, Aphr Ahaya. Aphr, I introduce you Master Resmi Thun.''

[Aphr Ahaya]

"Hello" Aphr said with a little wave "what are you planting?"

She's a Jedi master? She seems a lot more in place than Lyshea...

[Dapper Dog]

"Resmi is fine, come here dearie, let me see the damage... oh this, just a sapling of a tree I found. It looked so lonely I brought it here to have lots of friends," she says looking at the plant.

[Aphr Ahaya]

"I've not been a fan of trees recently, the last big one I saw was hurled at me" Aphr commented with a half-smile as she approached the woman. She had a slight limp, and a few bruises across her stomach but Resmi couldn't see those easily. "That was nice of you, now they'll grow up in company."

Resmi reaches out and her hand glows white, the air soothing her skin and injuries as they seal up and close right before her eyes. She says with a sigh, “A great deal of darkness follows you, little one. I hope it is not your own making.”

Master Thun - Heal: 5eF 1 Light Side, 5 Dark Side

[Aphr Ahaya]

Aphr felt the pureness of the healing through her body, so clean and gentle. She closed her eyes, enjoying the feeling, the brief escape from the confusion and pain that followed her around.

Until Thun spoke, and brought it all back. Aphr sighed.

"I don't think all of it is my fault" she said quietly, her head lowering and her eyes opening but avoiding looking at the gentle and kind woman in front of her.

[Dapper Dog]

“I don’t mean to pry but Jedi are sensitive to these kinds of things. I am willing to listen but I won’t delve into anything you are not comfortable with, but the darkness is strong,” she says with concern.

[Aphr Ahaya]

"How strong?" Aphr asked, a little concerned "I mean...I have felt it like a cloud hovering over me for a day or so, but I don't know how strong the feeling is really."

[Baesal Zyn]

Baesal stood watch and said nothing for the moment as she trusted Master Thun's wisdom.

[Dapper Dog]

“Strong is… not the best term, it is more like a shroud, it surrounds you colors everything a bit darker. You have suffered physically and emotionally,” she replies.

“It is concerning, the dark side is just an aspect for the Force such as the light but delve too much one way or another and it can be dangerous.”
