Naveera smiled at Arali. "Nice work. It'll give us an opening to get out of here."

Meanwhile, Vera holstered her pistol and made a makeshift tourniquet out of her supplies over her arm. "Kriff it, this thing is going to get infected anyways." She drew out her knife and then smirked at her commanding officer. "Well, am I going to have to do the honors?"

Niall managed to avoid paling too much at that. "I'll do whatever you need, Vera." He said sturdily. "But I'm not that handy with blades; it would probably take me three or four tries. Might be better if I hold the tourniquet tight instead."

[Arali Zian]

"Stop," Arali says flatly, glaring at both of them.

"That will just make things worse and, if anything, increase risk of infection." She takes her oversized lightsaber off her back. "If you want a clean cut to get rid of the dead weight that won't have us sawing for half an hour, this is our option."

The Mandalorian groaned and sheathed her vibro-knife. "Has to be a bloody Jedi doing it." She grabbed a block from one of the desks, placed in-between her teeth, and stared at Arali.

"Niall, steady the arm. Cutting just below the elbow; steady either side... just like that, good."

She reaches into her emergency medkit and pulls out an anesthetic. "It's just a local; it won't slow you down." It probably won't help much anyways, but she injects it anyways.

She takes a step back, ignites her blue blade, and in a flash...

The deed is done. One clean cut. Not the first time she's done this sort of thing.

She douses the blade. "That should hold 'til we get home."

Niall grimaced, and spoke into his comm again.

"Understood. You should hurry, though. I don't know how long Czerka can keep the Mandos busy. Better make sure there's nothing they can use when they get there. This project needs to end here."

"Be done shortly... If they haven't already you should tell all the non essential employees to leave." Came the reply from Z a short time later "They don't need to be around for the end of this."

When Zane's latest communication came through, he gave a nod to Naveera. "Go ahead."

Vera bit down on the block and took a few breaths after the cut. She eventually spat it out and gave a weary grin to everyone else. "At least it wasn't my face, yeah? Kriff..."
