Following a Feeling (D7 LM)

“You are always welcome, but I understand if you have other things you must do,” she says with kindness.

“May the Force be with you both.”

"I've never liked the force... it feels like a chain to me." He offered the woman a crooked smile. "But thanks, and may Lady Luck be looking in your direction."

[Aphr Ahaya]

"May the Force be with you" Aphr replied, smiling and nodding as she and Zane began the climb down.

[Zanebry Varliss]

He'd let the twi'lek lead the way down, before offering a smile in her direction. "We should be getting back babe."

[Aphr Ahaya]

Aphr nodded thoughtfully. "Yes we do, and quickly. Come on, and hold onto your hat" she took his hand and started running for the ship.

[Zanebry Varliss]

"Worrying for me are you?" Still he held her hand and kept pace with her as they made their way back to his ship. His other hand was firmly on hit hat, he didn't want to lose it in this stupid swamp.

[Aphr Ahaya]

"I dragged you out into this mess, I don't want to get you caught out here" Aphr said with a small smile

[Zanebry Varliss]

"I came willingly, and I'd do so again. There was no dragging involved." He flashed her a grin as they ran. "Still best we dont linger."

[Aphr Ahaya]

"You're too sweet" she said as they reached the ship finally. Only then she started to slow down

[Zanebry Varliss]

"It's a character flaw" He offered as he opened the door so they could step in from the rain. Looking at his soaked form he sighed, before turning his eyes towards Aphr. "There are some towels in the refresher. I'll try and find you something to wear."

[Aphr Ahaya]

Aphr pulled down her hood as she got in, looking at her drenched clothes clinging to her lithe frame with a sigh. "I wish I'd brought some spares. Thank you, let me get the towels for us" she hurried over to get the towels

[Zanebry Varliss]

"Thanks." In the meantime Z simply started stripping, hanging his hat on a hook as he shed his coat, tie, and collared shirt, revealing the scarred torso below.

He picked off his shoes, but left everything else on as he walked towards the room he had made into a closet.

[Aphr Ahaya]

Aphr came back with the towels, and came to a stop as the stripped man walked past. "A-ah, I've got your towel!" she threw it to him then turned around "sorry, I didn't know you were undressing."

[Zanebry Varliss]

"It's not like I'm naked Aphr." He said with a chuckle, catching the towel and starting dry himself off. Reaching into the closet he retrieved a darker colored dress shirt for Aphr to wear, as well as a pair of lacy panties of dubious origins.

"You should hop into the refresher, then change into these. I'll see if I can find anything else you can wear." He started to delve deeper into the closet. "Oh leave your wet things outside, I'll wash them."

[Aphr Ahaya]

"Uh..."she held up the panties "do I want to know?"

[Zanebry Varliss]

"People forget things some times." He replied rather vaguely. "You don't have to worry though, they're clean."

[Aphr Ahaya]

Aphr shook her head. "Some people are strange..." she moved to the refresher to well...get refreshed and changed.

[Zanebry Varliss]

He used the opportunity to slip into his room and put on a new pair of slacks as well as a fresh undershirt, before collecting all the wet thing's and taking them into the laundry to be cleaned.

He'd been unable to find her anything else to wear for a bottom though, women didn't tend to purposefully forget that part of their wardrobe. He'd be sitting on his couch with a cup of whiskey when she exited, his own way of warming himself up.

She wasn't in the refresher for too long, and most of it had been spent deciding if she trusted the strangers panties. Eventually, she had no real choice but to put them on, so she was soon coming out with the shirt acting as both a top and a skirt with its length. Only just, though.

"I guess your ladyfriends don't forget skirts or pants often?" she replied with a bit of a nervous chuckle as she held the ball of wet clothes "where do I put these?"

He glanced up at her from his seat, his eyes not lingering too long on her thighs. "Unfortunately not." Zane offered with what he hoped was a placating smile as he rose to his feet. "Those are way more noticeable to leave without."

He rose to his feet before moving to show her to the laundry. "I can get you a sheet though, will that help?"

[Aphr Ahaya]

"Bit late now" Aphr said with a small chuckle. She did blush a little, after all she was only wearing a shirt in front of a handsome friend, but she followed him carrying the laundry.

"It's ok, I'll just have to...I don't know, avoid running or jumping."

[Zanebry Varliss]

"So that's a no to the rigorous exercise routine I had planned for our flight back then." He replied with a mischievous grin, letting her add her things to the load with his before turning it on. "It shouldn't take too terribly long."

Walking back towards the common room he offered her a smile. "Care for something to drink?"

[Aphr Ahaya]

Aphr giggled, putting her clothes into the load before following back. "Sorry, but you can always do it while I watch!"

She nodded at the drink idea. It made sense after all "what do you have?"

[Zanebry Varliss]

"You'd enjoy that too much." He replied teasingly. "Getting to see me all sweaty and shirtless."

"Almost everything." He replied easily. "Want me to make you something sweet?"

[Aphr Ahaya]

Aphr sat down with a giggle, saying "I have no comment" with a grin, before nodding. "I'd like something sweet. And um...maybe warm as well would be nice."
