Cole took one look at her condition and shook his head. He didn't close the door all the way, expecting Moyr to arrive, but enough to allow some privacy. "Please don't apologise," he helped her up onto the high examination table, "just lay back and think about pleasant things while I tend to this, all right?"
Tapping his spectacles to turn them on, he adjusted the mechanical arm over the table, bringing the mediscanner clamped there closer. Carefully, Cole peeled back the ruined sleeve to look more closely at the severed limb.
There was little he could do but tidy the wound and prepare the bone for grafting. The lightsaber blade had done the hard work, cauterising the blood vessels and neatly bisecting the nerves, any competent surgeon would be able to fit a cybernetic replacement.
