Day 10 EN: Everyone needs the good doctor

[Moyr Ahaya]

"Do tell." She sat up, with a wince of pain. "You seem to know a lot more about me than I know about you, good doctor. The inner parts of my flesh included. So it'd be only fair." She tilted her head slightly. She wanted to unwind, but also to amuse Baes a little.

[Cole Ormont]

Skirting the true answer, "I bumped into Shaisha in Shadow Town a few days ago, we were both looking for a cat." He chuckled, "we even found it. A little ginger tabby." There was a faint tone of wonder in his voice as he spoke and he pushed a hand through his curls, before taking off his diagnostic spectacles, folding the arms and putting them away.

[Moyr Ahaya]

"Ginger tabby, you say. And that little puss had that hidden gem? If you looked for it together with Shaisha it wasn't too hard to find, I guess?" Moyr tried to keep her face straight.

[Cole Ormont]

Cole cocked an eyebrow, certain he was being mocked, but less confident in the angle it was coming from.

[Moyr Ahaya]

"I am sure you had a great time. Much like her master, Vreysk is the heart of the party wherever she goes." Moyr smiled gingerly, rising to walk toward Baesal and check on her. She exchanged a tender gaze with her friend, laced by anger and sorrow for the loss the Togruta had suffered.

[Cole Ormont]

Cole moves to clear the exam table and clean up after attending to the pair's wounds, his back offering some tiny modicum of privacy.

[Baesal Zyn]

''Thank you doctor'' she says to the doctor with a light bow before turning her attention to her friend

''How is it going?''

[Moyr Ahaya]

"I'd say terrible." She sighed mounrfully. "I loved that arm."

[Cole Ormont]

Not meaning to listen, but unable to help overhearing in the tiny room, Cole presses his lips together to keep from making a sound. His brow furrows and lines appear around his eyes as he experiences a deep, stinging empathy.

He's wiping down the table with a disinfectant, and he bends into the work, earnestly focusing on the space directly in front of him.

[Baesal Zyn]

Baesal smiled, she clearly took the loss better then her friend.

''Don't worry, I still have my right one and I'll soon get a new shiny left replacement''

[Moyr Ahaya]

"...and put all kinds of whiz kid gadgets into it?" Moyr tried to get on that vibe.

[Baesal Zyn]

She winked ''What do you think?''

''I hope I can make one that splits in two for advanced shenanigans''

[Cole Ormont]

Smiling, yes, that sounds likely.

Cole turned, "I'm just going to step out into the next room and speak to the soldier stationed with me, please, take all the time you need." He excused himself, giving the pair privacy.

[Moyr Ahaya]

Moyr accepted that with a nod, trying to sustain levity.

"And spews hellfire?"

[Baesal Zyn]

She thought seriously about that

''I still would need it to wield the shield...but the second one could be used for that effect, yes...but I'd got for an electrocution discharge''

[Moyr Ahaya]

Moyr raised a brow.

"Feels like a Sith schick. You want things darker now, dear?"

[Baesal Zyn]

''Sith as no monopoly on electricity dear.'' she says with a smirk

''I go with that option because I can tune it to be non-lethal''
