Hm hm... so it looks like equipment for Arsele would come to about 2700 at base. I suppose that leaves me two basic options;

1) Take the 2500 credits from new characters to start with 3000, use 5 Obligation for a ship, and the remaining 10 Obligation for 120 starting xp and the ability to raise a fourth trait to 3.

2) Take the Signature Item option to get a cloaking device or swanky jacket or such, then spend the 10 Obligation on credits rather than raising a trait.
