The light speeder truck overed near the railways, the light rain pounding on the metal roof of the cabin. Nearby a large neon sign projected its colors throught the rain, making the smuggler's moon almost beautiful, almost.

[Moyr Ahaya]

A cloaked figure knocked on the window of the driver's box. "Ey, missus, got some change for drugs and hookers?" The throaty voice called.

[Baesal Zyn]

Baesal lowered the window squinting at the figure

''Drugs and hookers? You must be the craziest vagrant I have seen thus far...I am afraid I can't help you with that''

[Moyr Ahaya]

"Even if I pay with foot massage?" The cloaked figure insisted. "I heard you Togruta go barefoot all the time. Must be rough."

[Baesal Zyn]

She looked confused

''Foot massage? Why would I take that from a fully...cloaked...hum''

[Moyr Ahaya]

"Dunno if it's a right call, missus. It's too pretteh for ya own good." There was some amusement sifting in. "You'll see it, you'll want me to stay."

She squinted her eyes, staring

"I was warned the Togruta are pervs." Fingers drumrolled on the window.

She wiggled her eyebrows ''The perviest of pervs''

She indicated the trailer's door.

''I'll got it open for you''

Moyr threw her hood off only once she was in. "Hey, darling. Any luck with those parts and the probe?"

[Baesal Zyn]

She gasped in surprise!

''Waaaaaaaaaaa?! Moyr! I did not know you were addicted to drugs and prostitutes!''

[Moyr Ahaya]

"Nar Shaddaa is such a corrupting moon." She sighed, putting her hands in the air. "It can't be helped."

[Baesal Zyn]

She shook he head looking sorry ''I guess I'll have to wisp you away to a secret peaceful place for desintox''

She then turns to one of the compartments to get her datapad.

''What is the average consumption rate of drugs? How many prostitutes per day? For those with lekku, does the length of their head tentacles affect the length of...y'know'' All said very seriously

[Moyr Ahaya]

"Oh, stop that. Fun was had but we have work to do."

She paused.

"Yeah, lekku length affects that."

[Baesal Zyn]

She blinked ''Euh...''

She shook her head

''Well I might have enough, but the drone might not be required. From what I have been told the Guardian is intelligent and can be bargained with''

[Moyr Ahaya]

"You've been told? By whom?" Moyr's features sharpened.

[Baesal Zyn]

''One of the Jedi Masters of the enclave'' she replied as she drew a small box with cookies in it

''She also baked me cookies this morning. Want one? They are delicious!''

[Moyr Ahaya]

"Don't distract me with cookies please. I mean I like cookies, just not now. How much did you tell her? Because, for the record, I have told no-one." Moyr was speaking calmly, but white anger boiled somewhere in there.

[Baesal Zyn]

She arched an eyebrow That was a quick defense

"I got the info about the lake from the Black Witches, remember? She knew I met them and that I was going to the Hollow Lake. She likely knows that I work with siths but as not asked about it. I simply asked her about the Guardian this morning''

[Moyr Ahaya]

"So good to know the Masters are paying attention. I suppose I should alert my own cavalry then?" Moyr scoffed, though her anger was not directed at Baes any more. If she was not lying, this was as much Moyr's fault as anyone else's. She should have called a strike on the damn Black Witches. It was probably not too late though. That thought consoled her. "...So, what did your Jedi matron say exactly?"

[Baesal Zyn]

Baesal looked dreadfully serious after that declaration

''You will do no such thing Moyr Ahaya.'' she wagged a finger ''The Sith you would bring will cause far more problems then a master of the Jedi order." She took a breath to calm down

''The Jedi have been aware of that temple for centuries and are largely uninterested by what it contains except for that it should not fall in the hands of those who would use it for ill. If the Siths are called there then we will have several potential Zashs to contend with and I do not doubt that the Black Witches would suffer as well. I know you don't trust the Jedi but they are currently not our enemy in our fight with Zash.''

[Moyr Ahaya]

"There is no league between me and the Jedi Masters, Baes, none whatsoever. It has always been my belief that it is you and I on this quest, not the organisations we represent. What you're suggesting is a violation of that belief. Your Black Witches are no friends of mine, they have quite obviously put themselves in the roles of my enemies, and I 'd like to see them punished for their insolence. Perhaps I will, this way or another." Moyr hissed. "You think it is convenient to have found a Sith you could bring a Darth down with? I thought you knew why I want Zash thwarted and unmade, and it has nothing to do with preventing the Sith from retrieving their ancient lore. If anything, I would like them to know who Zash really is. But I have been keeping secrecy because my commitment to you has some value. It looks like you see it differently though. Or tell me I am wrong."

[Baesal Zyn]

''Of course you are! Have you payed no attention?'' Baesal walked in circles

''How did you think I found the space station? I used my Master's connection to get there and get the clue we needed. I even told you in our holochat after I left Korriban that I would use Jedi assets to help us beat Zash! It's not like I have marshalled the bloody jedi order to do anything! Master is a member of the Jedi Council: the closest equivalent of the Dark counil...he senses things event if I try to keep them quiet. He is aware but helpful...and trusts me to do the right thing even if he disagrees with what I do and those I associate with. Want it or not, the Jedi have helped us thus far with little if no involvement and interference. The only one who fucks with us is a Sith!''

She stopped moving

''Punish the Black Witches? For what? Not letting you in? And what would you have done if they did? What would you have done in a light vergence? Contemplate the Peace of the fuckin' universe? Hell, they knew I was with Siths but still gave us what we needed without asking for anything in return. We even got the plant in the end! Or is that the problem? But why is it a problem?''

''I want to stop Zash because she is a threat to you and now your sister as well should she learn she exists. And about retreiving 'their' ancient lore? Are you kidding me? One: those who keep the most secrets from the siths are the siths because they do not share power. Two: The Hutts took control of Nal Hutta about ten thousand years before the great hyperspace wars and more the nine thousand years before the arrival of the Dark Jedi on Korriban. That temple is not fuckin' sith! What I want in there is a way to fight Zash so that she can't harm you, not make more of her.''

She finished by crossing her arms and looked down at the truck's floor. Her voice was lower, softer, perhaps even sad.

''Do you think I am daft? Do you think that I don't know that the weapons I mod for you and the info that I get for you will be used to kill innocents, republic officials and even Jedi as well? Do you think that I don't know that you have your own agenda on Nal Hutta beside finding something to fight Zash with? One we both know I would not agree with? I could have tipped the SIS about Black Star or even tried to slice through their servers myself but I did not...and yet when I proposed to help further your first reaction was to accuse me of having ulterior motives.''

She clenched her jaw, finding a place to sit

''I have helped as best I could all along...I have risked my place in the Order, the trust of my Master and sacrificed time and ressources to find what we needed while I could have been pursuing personnal goals...And yet I am now again accused of having an agenda.''

She turned her head towards Moyr

''I could, like you do, give in to my doubts and fear. I could, like you do, begin to think that I am but a tool for you to use...but I don't, I won't. Why? Because I have faith in you. I have faith in you even if I am certain that doing so will only hurt me in the end, even if it hurts me everytime I think of you...And that's because I believe you are worth it.''

She looked back to the ground...not sure if her deblateration even made sense anymore
